The increased demand for Head Quarters products form our dealers in Canada, USA and overseas has created an overwhelming demand for our time on the telephone.
Unfortunately, we are not able to find qualified people to answer all the questions, but we do value and want to service our customers.
Solution: E commerce and the use of email and our Q&A group.

PARTS ORDERS           SUMMER 2010
Please send orders in by email, FAX or voice message. Joanne will not be answering the phone often over the course of the summer.
She will be in every morning to pick, pack and ship all parts orders.
If an item is out of stock she will contact you right away.

Our decision to go E commerce hasn’t pleased everybody, but the simple truth is we cannot have our most qualified people on the phone all day while the work piles up.
In many ways our service is now better. Parts orders can be left by phone, e mail or FAX, day or night all week long and will always be shipped out the same or next business day.
Our machine shop services remain unchanged, business as usual.
Tech questions still get answered but only by E mail or through our Q&A group. We monitor our E mail and our forum several times per day.
When we answer tech questions via computer, you have our undivided attention and we are able to provide helpful data links that wouldn’t be possible by telephone.
If we feel more personal service is required to solve a problem, We will call you.
